Employee Relations and Compliance Manager | Mediclinic Southern Africa Provided day-to-day Employee Relations advice to all localities within Mediclinic Southern Africa and its subsidiaries. Tracked and managed all CCMA and Labour Court matters and represented the business in conciliations and arbitrations at the CCMA. Provided advice on retrenchment procedures and led annual wage negotiations with DENOSA at Mediclinic Limpopo. Responsible for concluding recognition agreements with trade unions where levels of representation justified recognition, drafting disciplinary charges, advising disciplinary hearing chairpersons on the appropriateness of sanctions, and delivering Employee Relations training. Managed and oversaw the Employee Relations and Compliance Specialist and the Human Resources and Transformation Officer. Also responsible for Human Resources policies and procedures. Reported to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
