Senior Human Resources Officer | De Beers (Namaqualand) – Koingnaas Managed employee relations matters, including oversight of the full-time shop steward of the National Union of Mineworkers. Conducted Employee Relations training for line managers. Responsible for pre-employment assessments using the Predictive Index personality assessment and Career Path Appreciation (CPA) methodology to evaluate complexity fit between candidates and positions. Also responsible for coordinating the Paterson job grading committee at Koingnaas. Reported to the Human Resources Superintendent.
